Sun Valley caters to everyone and operates two separate mountains, Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain. On Bald Mountain, 65 runs stretch 2054 acres with 3,400 vertical feet with terrain for beginner levels to those wanting to rip down the bowls. Dollar Mountain, with 10 runs of gentle terrain, caters to beginners and intermediates.

Superpipe and Terrain Park

Bald Mountain features a world class Super Pipe 425 feet in length, 40 feet wide, with walls 18 feet high. Dollar Mountain boasts a terrain park plus a progression park with a feature park to try with your family.

Ski School

Sun Valley's ski school specializes in handpicking instructors to best fit each lesson and student. Lessons are held at either Bald Mountain or Dollar Mountain depending on the student's skill level. Dollar Mountain is most likely the best teaching mountain anywhere with a stunning log day lodge where one side caters to children participating in the ski school and the other side offers delicious casual entrees in a beautiful dining room with views overlooking all the runs on the mountain.
